LDN - Luminis Developer Network

We were looking for a way to import staff and faculty department information into Luminis from Banner. At first, I was hoping they would import somehow from the file generated by the ICGORLDI extract program. If you run ICGORLDI with the "07 - Extract Institution Department" option set to B and the "14 - Faculty/Employee Departments" option set to B, you should get both academic and staff departments included in the extract. I think you need to be using the Payroll/HR module of Banner, too.

We were having issues on Luminis IV test installation with getting the SSO to calendar to work (yes, we're a little late in getting to it - still on III.3.3 here). Anyway, we use external e-mail so we configured our tiers as:
tiers = calendar, portal, resource, mail
and added the following to disable mail:
integrated.email=no

OK, attending the Luminis Lounge at Summit was fantastic. It was great meeting people

You all know Luminis creates these extremely long URLs like this:

That will SSO you into Banner Self Service's survey page - we use Banner for course surveys
