Hi,

We're experiencing problems when our students try to download Excel 2007 files from "My Courses". This happens only with IE 7 but with Firefox everything works fine.

The thing is that when the students click on the file name, the browser opens a dialog box but the file name ends with ".zip" instead of ".xlsx".

Has anybody deal with that?

We're currently using Lumnis IV and my boss is asking if it's posible to know how many teachers (or Banner Sections) are using the portal for their classes.

Is there a way to know this?

Hi, we're almost alive with Luminis IV (next August is the deadline).
The academic departments at our Institution would like to have the students pictures in every Course Home Page.

Photos can be uploaded manually but we would like to automate this task.

Has anybody deal with this?

Hi, We're trying to use the EmailAlias and LoginAlias LDAP properties, we updated values in those fields using the cptool command, but every time that Luminis synchronizes user information with Banner both values are cleared out.

We would like to keep those values, or that those values were generated too when the LDIPERSON synchronization happens.

Has anybody deal with this?
