I copied the Financial Aid channel and modified it.  I wanted to add more customizations.  When I do I get an error in the cp.log that says...

org.jasig.portal.PortalException: Failed to find a ZIP entry for 'com/sct/banner/portals/ui/local_sia_faid_stutrack/media/redflag.gif' in resource JAR '/opt/luminis/webapps/luminis/WEB-INF/cars/local_sia_faid_stutrack.car

We are attempting to create an outgoing http client for moodle with luminis. We used the webct_mbldisetup script to create the user(s) and http client. We also use the message broker to create the outgoing http client.

Could someone tell me exactly how to set up for us to use the Banner ID as the immutable ID? I've looked in a few Guides but I'm still unclear. I've seen posts of others doing this so if anyone could enlighten me, I would appreciate it.

Hi,

We are following the step to implement Luminis Channels for Banner. One of the steps (Step 6.4) is creating an OC4J instance using Oracle Enterprise Manager. We clicked the 'Create OC4J Instance' button, gave it a name and it has been running for over an hour. How long should this take?

We are installing LMG 4.0 and trying to run mbldisetup. We have JDK 1.4.2_15 installed. We are running mbldisetup as lmg, here is the error we are getting....

[lmg@luministest SCTERPGateway]$ ./mbldisetup

We are trying to implement sso for Banner. Along the way we determined that we need to install LMG 4.0.

We had already installed JDK 1.4.2 on our Luminis Server and are now trying to follow the instructions in the LMG Installation Guide 4.0.

We are on step 1.4 – Copy the LMG distribution JAR file. In $SCT_LMG_HOME as the lmg user, we are running this and getting this error message….
