LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Our Luminis implementation has been largely successful. We've got the data to show that people are using it. They routinely give us positive feedback for a few of our more popular channels that have made their lives easier (yay us!) and they will tell us pretty darn quickly if they find a typo (boo us!) However, the one piece of feedback we get most often is not positive.

I'm working with my google analytics. Just applied filters to make the tabs more recognizable in the reports (thank you LumDev!) and am wondering if anyone knows what this part of the URL refers to: tag.898d867f032d8075. I am seeing tab urls with that number and then 59f487965d884ab5 among others and I am wondering what causes the difference.

So, going through cleaning out channels we aren't going to use, I inadvertantly deleted the Portal Administration channel and now the link to Portal Admin does not work.  Go figure.  I can find NOTHING on Sungarde's support site about it.  Created a support request but was hoping I'd find info here faster.
