Hi All

Is there any way to move luminis 3 DATA to luminis IV without running Migration process?

We had so much troubles running Migration process after successfully installing luminis IV. Thanks!

We are currently running luminis 3.3.3.64 on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 on the new servers for luminis IV.

We are running luminis 3.3.3.64 in Wiondows 2000 Envirionment. We like to make a Tab as an Emergency Contact Information center and it will be RED off or on.

We are trying to setup luminis IV EAS with our school Novell Network and keep getting error:

netscape.ldap.LDAPException: Server or network error (81)
Caused by: netscape.ldap.LDAPException: Server or network error (81)
at netscape.ldap.LDAPConnThread.networkError(LDAPConnThread.java:789)
at netscape.ldap.LDAPConnThread.run(LDAPConnThread.java:575)

Does anyone have the similiar problem?

Hi All

After migration (lots of messages coming out but 0 error?), we tried to run checkssl to enable EAS and got the following error:

$ checkssl NODE2PA 636
Trying SSL connection with NODE2PA:636
ERROR:Error initializing KeyStore! Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect

Could someone tell me how do I fix the error??? THANKS!

* Reply from Sungard: In the checkssl script you will see the password of changeit in there. Change this to your lumadmin password you used to install with then try re running the checkssl script.
and it worked.

Sorry about more questions.

After migration completed, I tried to run "checkssl" for EAS to work, I got the following error:

"Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/pipeline/tools/ssl/CPTrustManager"

Can someone please tell me what does this mean? THANKS!

Added 01312008: Even after I ran resetrdb, resetdata and wipe out and reinstall luminis IV on our server, I still got this error running checksssl and even cptool! :(

Hi All

We like to know is it possible? Our school has an Emergency notification system that we want all students to register but some still ignoring it. We like to force the students to register the service before he/she can access Banner SSB in luminis. (Or Disable Self-service Banner Tabs before the student finish a survey that he/she has to take).

Hi All

I kept seeing this error: "Could not load cpipconnector.properties" in $CP_ROOT/products/sso/logs/cpipconnector.log but cpipconnector.properties, citrix.properties and citrix.xml files are all in the sso/config directory.

What could cause this error????

We made changes on a working luminis CPIP link to citrix and now it is broke. We are having a hard time trying to get it to work. Thanks in Advance.

I have to recreate another entry because after I put the changes in my citrix.properties, the previous link becomes unavailable.

Our school network team changed the destination URL of one of luminis CPIP link and we are having trouble getting it to work. Would someone help?? Thanks in advance!

We can see username and password are being passed to the new website in the log file.

Is it possible not to use migration shell script provided by Sungard and manually move customized data from luminis 3.3.3.* to luminis IV?

I'd been having so much problems trying to migrate data from our school luminis 3.3.3.64 to newly installed luminis IV server using migration script.

If it is possible, what do we need to move and how? Thanks in adbvance.
