LDN - Luminis Developer Network

We currently have two email system and had a SIS plus program (cobol) to create a XML file to load the email addresses into Luminis. We received the code from another college several years ago. It worked great. The problem is that we have converted to Banner and need to recreate that XML file. I'm hoping that someone else has already created the script. Can anyone help?
