Hello All,
I have successfully uploaded all our campus student users onto Luminis db. We are running a 3.3.3.64 version.I am having a problem with my uploading users with employee and facutly roles. After i am uploading an employee or faculty record through the cptool import file command and then search for that user in the administration pages, i get the username, and userid as "Domino". When i click on Domino, the system says:
"COULDN'T SHOW ACCOUNT INFO FOR USER: domino
Click Here to edit user domino"
When i click the link shown in "Click here" it shows:
"CANNOT LOAD USER: domino. Reason: User does not exist
Click Here to edit user domino"
Does anybody had a similar experience before?
[NOTE: Even though Luminis comes with default faculty and employee roles, i haven't explicitly added those roles to the dlm.xml file. I believe i checked the access group in the administrative menu and it said that the groups Faculty and Employee are "Enabled" - Could this be a problem?]

Interesting change in a day
Hi,
I checked early in the morning today and all the accounts are there - just as it was supposed to be. Thank you for your support. I have no idea why this happened - but i would still like to know what caused the so called "Domino Effect"
