LCMS/Luminis integration in parallel deployment

Hello,

We're experiencing an issue that Sungard seems ill-equipped to help us resolve regarding the LCMS publishing to the Luminis portal in parallel deployment.

First, if anyone has LCMS + Luminis in PD, please let me know. I am seriously doubting that Sungard has ever done this before because each step has involved errors that they've never seen and have been unable to handle in a timely manner.

Secondly, the issue we're experiencing is that the LCMS published channels require two channel refreshes before the content will show. We get a socket error from the Web server in the CP.log and a org.xml.sax.SAXParseException showing in the channel itself. But, after we do a channel refresh, the content appears fine. We can't unleash LCMS managed channels on our community until this is resolved and we've been fighting with Sungard since 3/21. This is, perhaps, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? If so, do you know how to resolve the issue?

We could not get this

We could not get this working either... We don't need it thought...What we do need is SSO and thats not working either at the moment, although it was working :( Sungard seems to not know what to do... We are also on Windows which makes things more difficult seemingly.

What are your issues with SSO?

What are you trying to SSO to? We have (after prolonged battles) gotten SSO to work to almost anything in PD. What type of issues are you encountering?

SSO into LCMS from the LCMS

SSO into LCMS from the LCMS channel. The channel brings in content but does not SSO the user in.
