Classified Channel for luminis IV?

Hi
Does anyone know about Classified Channel for luminis IV?
I did submit q question to Sungard and they indicated that Classified Channel would not delievered with luminis IV.
Does any school install this channel with luminis IV? how about uPortal version? Thanks in advance for any kind respond.
