Major problems with LCMS 3.2. Can anyone help?

We recently upgraded to version 3.2 of LCMS and are having tons of probles with publishing. Some of our content does not publish, other content publishes and then dissapears. Sungard is stumped regarding a solution. Does anyone have any similar experiences to share, or can anyone share their overall experience with version 3.2 of LCMS. Ours has been that there are several problems with that version, one major one with the editor (sungard provided a fix for that).

We have had issues ever
We have had issues ever since upgrading to 3.2 as well. After 6 months of working with ActionLine on a problem, it was determined that LCMS had a bug whereas it would not display 2 components that were on the same line of code. Also, our publishing to both our Web server and to the portal is messed up currently as well. Good thing we're not live yet!
I'd be curious to hear what your specific problems have been. It is a decent program with a lot of potential. But it definitely has its flaws.
