Changing CPIP 'External Account Synchronization' Message Text

If anyone knows where I would change the text of the message that appears on the "External Account Synchronization" prompt, I would appreciate some pointers. (This is the prompt that appears when a user tries to access a CPIP'd external system but fails the authentication.)

I'm not 100% sure this is the file you want but give it a try...
accountsync.thtml found in /WEB-INF/templates/extsys folder

FYI, I just found this in Luminis 4.  It looks like it's at:
