Channel Rendering Error

I apologize if I have already posted this before but I have been trying to find a solution for over a week now, with out any success.

I am getting the following errors in the portal when I add Banner Channels to a layout. Anyone have any idea on how to solve this problem.

Error Report
Channel ID: u12l1n120
Message: encountered problem while trying to complete rendering
Error type: General error (code 0)
Problem type:
Error message: General channel rendering failure.

What version of Luminis are you currently running? Have you applied the IV.0.1 patch?

There is currently an open defect on connect.sungardhe.com that may be related to your problem, but information is very scarce. I've been keeping an eye on it, because I am running into the same error with the admin channel when trying to modify properties on the banner channels.

Thanks to all those who offered assistance. We worked with SungardHE to resolve the problem. Now the channels render properly.
