Can I peek at your FAQ?

Hello,

I am trying to pull together an FAQ for our rollout which is immenent. Can anyone direct me to their existing FAQ's. I am having trouble being subjective enough to come up with questions.

To clarify, looking for real-live in use user FAQ.

FAQ

Our FAQ is located at http://cservices.atu.edu/faq . Look for the section called OneTech. That's our label for our Luminis Portal. We also have an information page located at http://cservices.atu.edu/onetech.
