LDN - Luminis Developer Network

hi everyone.
I am a newbie to all this LCMS, Banner. I have recently got a interview call for a job involving Banner and LCMS.
I have 1 year of webservices experience, Can any please help me how n what to prepare for the interview?
also if there is any book on LCMS, please let me know.
what all technologies does LCMS, Banner consist and in which parts of that technologies to concentrate!?
any kind of help wud be great!
