Please help - Luminis 4.0.1 installation

Hi

We tried to install luminis 4.0.1 on Windows 2003. We ran "LP-4.0.1.0-windows.exe install.conf" in our development server. It ran 1 second and stopped. After reviewing install.log (please see attached file), I had no idea what did we miss.

Please someone help. Thanks in Advance.

There are some entries it doesn't know about.
It would be helpful to see the install.conf (less passwords).
It appears to not know what "tiers" to install.

P.S. Sungard did reply my help ticket and I followed its suggestion and made changes on the install.conf but result is still the same.

Silly mistake!

Hi All

You have to be at Luminis 4.0 before Luminis 4.0.1. We jumped from luminis 3.3.3.64 to luminis 4.0.1 and that was why it did not work.
