LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Content development aside, how much staff time in terms of full-time equivalent, have you allocated for supporting Luminis? We just approved purchasing Luminis and budgeted for one Programmer/Analyst position to provide technical support. I have not yet been able to get any definitive information as it seems colleges are staffing in a variety of ways. Some say you need more resources on the Help Desk, that supporting Luminis does require more the 50% of a programmer/analyst and others have 2-3 programmer analysts supporting Luminis.

We plan on starting out small and growing our Luminis implementation. The webmasters from the three colleges will be actively involved. Have Sys Admins and DBA's who will help support Luminis, but I guess what I want to know, is what staffing resources does your college have to support Luminis.
