Has anyone developed a working solution to automate the add/removal of users in a Group Studio group based on Banner attributes? At our school we have over 200 student cohort groups to maintain memberships based on the Banner cohort attribute, but the current method of using Group Maker and segment imports is hardly an automated process.

For example,
1. run 200 popsels to update a student list for each cohort,
2. run ICGORGMK to create 200 group segment XML files,
3. import 200 group segments using CPTOOL,
4. manually import each segment into 200 individual groups.
(And that doesn't even address removing old members)

As one of my favorite Profs was fond of saying, "If you have to do something more than 5 times, write a script to do it for you."

Any shared solutions would be appreciated.
