Changing the Password Requirements text on My Account page

I would like to know how to change the text on the My Account page that has Password Requirements: and lists the requirements that came with Luminis originally. Anybody know?

changing security text

The password requirements text on the My Account page is dynamically generated from the options you set for password in configman.

configman -g security.ias.password.*
configman -g security.ias.account.*
configman -g security.password.user.recovery.*
