LDN - Luminis Developer Network

I have been asked to look into setting up a "Lost and Found" area somewhere in Luminis: basically everyone is getting tired of all the emails saying "a cell phone was found...". I am very new to Luminis Administration, so I am not sure if I need a new channel, tab, etc... Could someone give me a nudge in the right direction?
