Portal Logo Padding

We are modifying the look and feel of our portal and have been able to do most of what we wanted, but one thing we can't figure out is how to change/remove the padding around the portal logo. The logo is presented with vspace and hspace attributes set to 5 - does anyone know how/where these values can be modified?

Use HTML
If you use an HTML fragment, instead of an image, then you have complete control over things like hspace.
