LDN - Luminis Developer Network

For those of you that installed the 3 box + sun email, do you have any ldap install values under:

o=Luminis Configuration
then ou=site-youremailserver.yourdomain.edu,
as well as the ou=default-youremailserver.yourdomain.edu,
and ou=install-youremailserver.yourdomain.edu,

The reason I'm asking, is that patch 4.0.2.x is acting odd on our email server. Complaining about cp_root being incorrect. The same thing happened patching our calendar server, but I was able to fix it by editing the CP_ROOT value found in ou=install-ourCalendarserver.domain.edu. However, our email install, default, and site values are empty. So I'm wondering if (somehow) I ended up with a bad o=Luminis Configuration structure.
