After migrating our 3.3.3 data into a freshly installed 4.0 system (a test system, thank Goodness), we are seeing duplicate channel categories and channels, i.e. when trying to subscribing to a channel, the 'select a category' drop down would have 2 'Applications', 2 'Entertainment', and 2 'Other' categories.
if I select the first 'Applications' category, I would see 2 'Academic Services' under "Select a channel:", 2 of "Bookmarks', actually 2 of all channels in this list.
if I select the 2nd 'Applications' category, I would see channels that seemed to have been in the 3.3.3 system.
Anyway, has anyone see something like this before? if so, what did you do?

We see this too, going live at the weekend!!! we have a call with support, I suspect it has something to do with the way we modified the categories in the past, i.e. in lum III.2 we had to use a command line script to import an xml file followed by a webserver restart, then in lumII.3.3 we could do it in real time through the gui. We are awaiting a response!

The only time I recall seeing duplicate channels, was when I migrated and forgot to run that clean db script first. The db had data from a prior migration attempt.
