EAS question

Hello All,

We are in the testing phase of implementing eas with our Luminins IV instance and MS Active Directory. We are able to authenticate off Active Directory now, which is great. However I noticed that our SSO into Self Service is now throwing the follwoing error.

External System Error
CPIP Notification: Unable to lookup user's credentials
If you need assistance, contact your system administrator.

How can we resolve the this issue?

Log files

You will want to check the Luminis log files for any further errors that exist there. Depending on what you see, you may also want to check the SSB log files.

check user's credentials

hi,
Try populating a user's banner ID and pin in their respective fields (third party id and pin ) from manage users screen in system administration center. Try populating the user's AD username in gobtpac_third_party_ID in gobtpac form and try doing a sso.
