LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Hello Everyone,
Is there anyone in here that encounter a problem syncing banner data with WebCT?

I had all this working in test environment before I started the implementation in production. We are on Luminis 3.3.3.x, WebCT CE 4.1 and (banner: intcomp 7.3, genweb7.3 and stuweb 7.4). I am not having any problem syncing data from banner to Luminis but I can not get to sync with WebCT. I tried everything I know and even get WebCT and Luminis Support and could not find anything wrong with the configuration in Luminis or WebCT. I am still stock with a manual update in WebCT.

On the log files I am seeing that the data is being reject by WebCT system for some reason even though the configuration on the WebCT server is correct according to Luminis and WebCT support.

I will greatly appreciate any help on this.
