LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Thanks to the previous posts on Lumdev, we are almost done with our Luminis - WebCT integration. We were able to load up our extracts into WebCT and get everything working on the Blackboard side. However, I am having trouble with the es.webct.courseURL value. I put in the target_sourcedid.id:// as previously noted. When I go through My Courses as an instructor, that gives me this URL without a server base.

Does anyone know the proper syntax for the course URL to Vista CE 6.2.3? If so, did you have to do a cptool create dl to set up WebCT? Sungard told me yesterday that I did not have to worry about setting the dl if we just have Vista CE and Luminis' Course Studio, but I am skeptical. Any help is appreciated.
