After stopping and starting the Luminis Server we are receiving the following error when our users try to access a channel:
A SQL exception has occurred.ORA-00022: invalid session ID; access denied
Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

What channels / username?
What channels are being affected? If it is something that connects to the Banner database, check the permissions for the database user BannerSSO. It sounds like this account has recently been deleted/disabled.

We had to restart the OC4J process. That corrected the problem.
