LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Hi,
I can't seem to figure this out and hope someone here can help me with this. This request comes up several times. I hate to tell people to open gmail accounts and forward their emails to gmail so that they could read them using their Blackberry. Here are my questions...
1. Does anyone know how to configure the Blackberry so that it could retrieve email from iPlanet 5.2?
2. Is this option available in Luminis IV?
3. What is your work-around solution in your institution?
