LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Years ago I had posted some of our Java classes on here so that as we release new channels, servlets, etc that make use of these utilties you all had one place to go to obtain them. Unforuantely I have not kept them up to date, and as this was prior to Jonathan adding SVN support I have decided to start fresh.

Within the Platform area of the SVN repository (http://svn.lumdev.net/Luminis/Platform/) you will find the following packages:

ca.umanitoba.luminis.utils

The classes contained here are universal to the current luminis versions. The source code is found at the above repository path under Common. The highlights in here are:

• Configman - a class that strives to emulate the configman application
• Tools - various static methods to help out with developing custom applications

ca.umanitoba.luminis.utils.addons

The classes contained here although having a universal signature will be implemented differently depending on which version of Luminis is being used. The code will be found in either III.x or IV.x. The highlights in here are:

• FilterTargetManager - a class that currently offers one the ability to see if a user is within a uPortal filter object (TA's in LP4 use these filters).

Included here are three jar files. Place them all into $CP_WEBINF/lib, however in the case of the addons pick only one of lp3 or lp4.
