LCMS patching to level 3.3.1.3 ?

Hello,
Has anyone patched their LCMS to level 3.3.1.3 ? We recently received patches:
3.3.1.3.patch
3.3.1.2.patch
3.3.1.1.patch
However, we haven't received any documentation on what these patches specifically address.
