ORA-31202 Error in Self-Service authentication

We just refreshed a database that was integrated with our Luminis test installation and can't get Self-Service working again.  I had no problem getting the Banner INB connection back in place, but I get the following error when I try to open Self-Service...

ORA-20001: GOKCSSO Got an Error ORA-20001: TWBKAUSRWEB LOGIN got an Error ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: No such object
 

I've traced it down to a call to dbms_ldap.simple_bind_s, but can't tell why it is failing.

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Can you log into SSB as a webtailor admin and verify the LDAP settings?
