LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Good Morning Everyone,

Our school has Banner 7 and Luminis 3.3 installed.  We have a question regarding the LMG settings.  In the configuration file for LMG, for Banner events, there are two parameters, one is Polling Intervals and another one is Poll Size. 

Any schools have suggestions or recommendations on how to set these two parameters for optimized performance? Any schools wants to explain their settings and the reasons?
