CPIP Notification: Unsupported OID service

We are trying to access Banner self-service (ver.7) from luminis (ver. 4.2.0.67) and getting the "CPIP Notification: Unsupported OID service" error.  Can someone who has figured this out advise me where to start looking for the problem?

I've been thru the mid-tier implementation guide, installed .ldif files, .car files, etc.--all the steps I think I'm supposed to take.  Something is wrong somewhere.  I'm told there is no firewall issue between our portal and the Banner database.

Double check your es.systems

Double check your es.systems to ensure that sctssb is included in the attribute string.  After that check your es.sctssb.configURL= to make sure the URL matches your configuration.  Also check your properties file for syntax errors, which will produce the Unsupported OID service error...
