Master SunONE account

We are working on an email migration plan, and could really use a 'master' account in SunONE that would allow it to open any email box.  I can't find anything in the Sun docs about this.  Sungard is pushing us to open a professional services engagement to investigate - no guarantee we get it to work.

Anyone done this before?
