LumDev Login Captcha

FYI - the login Captcha is too wide within the column, where the far right column covers part of it. (See image attached below)

Image link: http://www.lumdev.net/files/Picture%201.png (added since attachments do not show up if you are not logged in)

The addari theme is a bit too small overall... Even if I siwtch to Garmin... the login issue remains since the default theme for non-logged in users is pulled in... which is addari.  Some of the captcha image is cut off in some cases.

I am curious why BanDev does not have the captcha.

Please consider a wider theme.

Additional info:
This is happening on my Mac under FF 3.5 and Safari 4

Thanks.

login -> captcha

thanks, its a pain to keep the spammers out.

I remove it from the login block - we'll see if they start up again.  If they do, i'll play around with the module to see if I can change the image width.  Sorry to all who were annoyed.

I'm looking for some alternative themes as well.  I really like this one, but STILL haven't gotten used to it.  I guess my brain is used to the standard left nav bar.

Preview/Captcha

Hey Jon,

Can you allow us to directly save our comments and not force the "Preview".

The preview/CAPTCHA combo is driving me nuts.

has captcha gone?

Today I have not been troubled by Captcha, but I do prefer lum dev to stay clear of spam.

CAPTCHA Configuration Change

 Nope.

I've changed the CAPTCHA module configuration so it should only challenge you once per form type.  It was apparently challenging people when they would preview AND save a post, comment on a forum, post an opinion for a poll, etc.

So hopefully, it will only do this the first time you perform a specific type of action (for your session).

I'm also adding a new AntiSpam module to help limit spam posts as well.  We'll see how this goes.

I appreciate everyone's patience, as spammers and spambots get more technical and circumvent anti-span measures.  If you spot a spam post that one of us missed, please feel free to email me ( jwheat@lumdev.net )
