LDN - Luminis Developer Network

What I want to do:

Link a course from the Luminis courses list to the respective course in WebCT. When the link is clicked, the user should automatically be logged into WebCT and taken to the course page.

Some background:

Our WebCT environment is remotely hosted and is part of a cluster. I am only able to configure the settings via the web interface at the institution level. I have configured the API secrets and URL pattern. I believe all other settings to be configured correctly.

On the Luminis side I created a deep link (`cptool create dl webct other http://example.com/`) for the courses. When I edit a course link in Luminis, I appened a unique course identifier to the URL (this identifier comes from WebCT). Upon clicking the course link I am taken to a WebCT login page.

Based on some investigation, it doesn't look like Luminis is actually trying to negotiate a logon with WebCT. Luminis is merely providing a direct link to a course page.

Has anyone been able to make this work? Does anyone have an explanation of the es.webct.* configman settings? How should the deep link be created?
