Did you do the upgrade to LCMS 3.4?

We are struggling with this. Our test system can be upgraded but with prod, not so much. We have tried over 2 weekends and end up rolling back to 3.3 both times.

Do you have any tips or techniques?

Hi - Actually we have not done the upgrade to 3.4.
We were interested in hearing about other schools triumphs/obstructions....
