Icons disappeared?

Hi all

We are working on migrating luminis 3.3.3 system to IV.

We just successfully installed LMG 4.0 for Banner SSB and PCOM customized icons (BB and Google) in the test luminis IV server but whenever we tried to access Banner SSB, all the icons disappeared? Could someone please tell me why?? Thanks!
