LDN - Luminis Developer Network

We have created the Distance Learning entries for blackboard, and went through a batch ldap import to set all courses to go to the blackboard URL. However, the faculty user teaching the class has the ability to change the url for the class in luminis. Can this be disabled?

We want to force all faculty to leave the URL alone.
