time out - error in channels

we have a problem with the channels in luminis

we have this error:

ID de Canal: u12l1n54 - number of channel
Mensaje: se encontró un problema al intentar completar la presentación
Tipo de Error: Error general (código 0)
Tipo de Problema:
Mensaje de error: General channel rendering failure.

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?

Look in cp.log for more details on why there was a rendering failure.

also, this is not a timeout

When a channel fails to render due to a timeout you will get a different message.

(If you want to see the message, set up a channel with a 2 ms timeout value and ask it to call a slow website)

channel timeout

If it is a banner channel, there are known issues with them timing out. Search the sungard help site for 'channel timed out' and you'll see at least 3 FAQ's describing various ways the channels can timeout.
