ERROR processing PERSON entity with identifier 'username' : not initialized

I am seeing this error for the first time. We have the Banner integration and I see this error in our datapipeline-audit.log. This is only for some new users. has anyone seen this error before. Thanks

restart Message Broker

A restart of the message broker fixed the issue. Never found out what was wrong though.
