Get a list of users who have customized their layouts

Hi,

Is it possible (through SQL or some other method) to get a list of users who have customized their layouts?

Look in UP_LAYOUT_STRUCT

I think that if a user has not customized their layout in any way, then there will be no rows in this table for that user. Reset a test user layout and then query their user id to verify this. :)
