LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Lately our Luminis Targeted Announcement system has been failing to send the email portion of a targeted announcement while the Personal announcements channel is successfully getting updated. Each of these failed announcements will continue to sit with a status of "Started" in the Manage Targeted Announcements admin center until a reboot / restart of luminis is initiated. Only after luminis has been rebooted / restarted are these Announcements then moved to a status of "completed" and the email portion of the announcement gets sent.

Below is the verbose that we see in cp.log regarding the problem.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
