Connection refused Error?

Hi all

Recently we changed a luminis DB server name and I made the changes on the follow properties:

database.datasource.oracle1.host
database.datasource.oracle1.url

But I kept getting "connection refused error" and "Technical Difficulty"?
[2010-08-09 13:49:51,685] [ERROR] WebServlet [uportal.bridge]: An exception occurred before authenticating user:
org.jasig.portal.PortalException: failed to get valid RDB connection: Io exception: Connection refused(DESCRIPTION=(TMP=)(VSNNUM=169870336)(ERR=12505)(ERROR_STACK=(ERROR=(CODE=12505)(EMFI=4))))

Please someone helps? Thanks!

rdbm.properties

rdbm.properties file is another place where Luminis database configuration is stored. This is under:
$CP_HOME/webapps/luminis/WEB-INF/uPortal/properties/rdbm.properties

Did you change this file as well?
