LDN - Luminis Developer Network

Hello Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else is using the Sun mail comexpress with Luminis 4. Recently we have been having issues with it as the system is timing out when a user trys to delete, forward, or reply to a email. We have set the logging per Sungards FAQ's but we have been unable to find the cause of this issue. The load on the server is very low and the disk I/O was no to have no issues. Has anyone else experienced problems when you have lots of IMAP connections(2200+) to the Sun mail system in Luminis 4? If we use thunderbird the user sees no errors but when they use the comexpress client the system will time out on certain items.

Logs we setup:
SMTP logging
IMAP logging
Comexpress logging <--worthless, only logs when you click the top tabs and that is it

Current setup:
Luminis 4 PROD Mail is on a Sun M3000 with 1 Sparc 64 vii processor with 16GB of memory and 2.0TB of space on a ZIOTECH SAN.
