Parallel Deployment Configuration

I'm trying to get some feedback on where people are choosing to place the Oracle RDBMS for the Luminis install in a parallel deployment. How many CPU's and how much RAM are other institutions allocating in their current implementation? What kind of load is Luminis placing on the database?
