Security Warning when using MS IE?

Hi all

We just installed 4.3.0.81 on our test luminis system running Windows 2003 OS.

When we use MS IE to logon to the system (SSL installed), a "Security Warning" message pop up asking the use "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered Securely?" but no other browsers like Mozilla and Chrome.

If the use click "NO", everything shows normally but if some content will be blocked when "YES".

Is there any school successfully solved the issue? Thanks!

This is a mixed content

This is a mixed content message.

Most of the time if you're pulling over content that has an "unsecure" image or somethign similar using a WebProxy (or other) portlet, it will throw this message.

Pull the request over with https and this will go away.

Thanks for reply.

Hi Dustin

I followed the instruction to enabl SSL and changed everything with "https" but I got this warning from one of the channels and our Banner SSB.

Any idea???

ie mixed content error

It can be a bit tricky to track down.

Try using the web developer plugin for Firefox and 'view source' --> 'view generated source'.

That way you can see the generated output of all scripts and css. It could be something simple like a css file calling a background image as http.

Sungard says it is a defect for patch 4.3.0.0
