Email Channel

Has anyone ever modified the email channel that is installed with Luminis? I would like to integrate Luminis with an external email system but give the portal a seemless look and feel. I would assume that it would be possible to create a channel using java that would come close to the one provided with Luminis, but that would require a lot of java programming. If anyone has attempted or successfully done this please let me know.

If you mean the SunOne..
If you mean the SunOne webmail that Luminis comes with, you can also point it at an existing IMAP server. So, if your existing mail supports that, you can still use the Luminis webmail. Or maybe you meant something different - using a different webmail?
