Channel error

I recieve this error from two channels that come prepackaged with Pipeline. When I first login I recieve the errors but after a few logins they just go away. Any idea what might be going wrong and what the solution might be?
Channel ID: u11l1n14
Message: encountered problem while trying to complete rendering
Error type: Channel timed out (code 4)

Hi,
could they be timeouts ? - Try a longer setting for the channel timeout and see if that' cures the problem. I get a similar error with a channel that takes a long time first time or two but once it's
cached all it's data it works fine.

error code 3
Usually an error code 3 accompanies them as well. Not quite sure what an error code 3 is.
