Saskatchewan Classifieds Channel

Anyone know how to obtain the U of Saskatchewan classifieds channel? I saw in a blog where someone had modified it, but closer inspection of the code reveals that it is the IAstate code.

While I am at it.... we need a channel repository on LumDev... or does one exist and I can't find it? (like I can't find the Saskatchewan channel)
