CAS / GCF connector for Blackboard 8 and Luminis 5

Has anyone built a "GCF connector" or "CAS plugin" for Blackboard 8?
We have Luminis 5.

Data integration between Banner, Luminis and Learning Management System

I was hoping that some of you out there have been there and done that, so I could scoop up some insight from your experience.

Currently we have Banner data integration setup with Luminis IV and Blackboard CE8 via Sungard LDI package. The data integration is real-time and working very well.

Has anybody gotten a single signon connection to Blackboard 8 to work? If so would you mind sharing your setup?

id number in Blackboard Gradebook

We are trying to grab the student ID number from live events for use in the BlackBoard system.

This is what we see in an extract, the second number is what we want to grab for blackboard.

Luminis and BlackBoard 9

We just had our first technical call with BlackBoard about the upgrade from CE8 to BlackBoard 9, which we are hoping to do later this year.  A couple of answers they gave as far is the Luminis integration raised some red flags.  I'm looking for any schools out there that have gone to BB 9, or are planning to in the near future.  My primary concerns are as follows:

- the built in Luminis/WebCt integration will no longer work, which we figured going in
